4G LTE Optimization Engineer, ALU, Sprint Multiband project              2014-2015 

Sprint Region 1, Boston Market.

Optimized many clusters , practically worked on :  parameters changes and Tilt  recommendations, per tilt stats check using NPO and SAM, post processing drive test data using EDAT, Tilt recommendation , creating submission report for Clint using latest technology, monitoring cluster stats after the  tilt implementation, troubleshooting, Fixing sector swap ,  requesting Azimuth change,  and  final Cluster close out report .

 

 

 

Project Test Engineers Coordinator (Samsung (Telnet) for Sprint Project)                2013-2014

Sprint Region 10 Markets (MN, IL, IA, ND, SD, WI, KS, NE) project for Upgrading Sprint legacy System to NV (Network Vision). Managed over 40 Performance Engineers (DT’s (drive tester) and divers), creating a stable bridge between the RF team and The DT team.

Tasks:

Scheduled 3G/4G teams daily activities, controlling DT’s and drivers hours, Manage equipment’s ( 40 vehicles, laptops, handsets, GPS, and scanners) for all markets, track equipment’s , employees , and their activities , Track all collected data and it status on FTP server, Collect RF feedback on the status of the sites, managing load of work and in the queue, plan for efficient use of resources, Providing substantial daily, weekly, monthly report to upper management, Train DT’s with using X-CAL work space, configuration, setup on different  handsets and troubleshooting all related issues with the test equipment’s.

RF Consultant, Metro PCS (LA Market)                                                                       2010-2013
